Barbi Hayden approaches the ring for her match when she finds Alex Gracia wrapped up in the ring skirt, completely knocked out. Barbi quickly realizes she’s not going to be able to have the match she thought she would today, so instead she decides to use Alex’s body to practice holds and moves on her while she’s completely limp. She starts her practice with lifting Alex and doing some squats, then putting her in a fireman's carry and squatting her, standing sleeper hold, and finally toys with her knocked out body on the ropes.
