Lady Frost makes her long awaited return to the NEFW ring after many years away. Ava attacks Frost on the outside of the ring before the match can even start, throwing her into the ring apron and post. Ava continues her one-sided beatdown in the ring with plenty of strikes and choking and moves like a camel clutch. Ava finishes Frost off with a superkick before pinning her for the 3 count.
